Big changes...

Some big changes are coming to the Stytch platform! We're excited to share that we've started work on enterprise Single Sign On (SSO). B2B authentication is an exciting space and we'd love for you to join us in building the next generation of SSO.

Join our early access program here.

There's more! Our JavaScript SDK is one of the easiest ways to set up a smooth and fully featured authentication flow; we're about to make it easier and more powerful. Our new JS SDK is faster, more compact, and brings tons of improvements to your workflow.

Stay tuned for its launch in an upcoming Changelog!

Identity provider documentation

Every time you use Stytch to authenticate a user through one of our OAuth Identity providers (IdP), Stytch automatically initiates a session with that IdP so that you can leverage that provider's API to add more extensive functionality to your app.

Check out our new Identity provider overview article in our Docs to learn more about how each provider behaves, what to expect when using each provider with Stytch, and find helpful links to get started in their documentation!

Branded Passcodes emails

We've rolled out the same branding features available in other email templates to our Passcodes email template! Check it out in the dashboard and stay tuned for more customization options coming down the pipeline.

Odds and ends

We're always looking for ways to improve the developer experience of our API. Part of this process includes finding ways to minimize the number of calls that you need to make to our API while still receiving all the info you require.

Our Create TOTP endpoint now returns the full User object in its response so you don't have to make a second call to fetch details about the user you just used to create a TOTP instance. Upgrade to the latest versions of our client libraries to access this change.
