Log into Stytch with Single Sign-On

We’re excited to announce that Stytch developers can now log into stytch.com using Single Sign-On (SSO), with a fully self-serve admin setup and configuration flow.

We’ve made Stytch SSO login available to all Stytch accounts — including those on the Free plan. Everyone can now log into stytch.com with the enhanced security and ease of Single Sign-On.

Stytch admins can configure and manage SSO connections for your Stytch Workspace directly within the Stytch Dashboard via Workspace Settings, which includes features such as:

  • Multiple SSO Connections: Easily set up multiple SSO SAML or OIDC connections with your Identity Provider (IdP) of choice like Okta, Entra, Google, or a custom IdP.

  • Just-In-Time (JIT) Provisioning: Automatically create new Stytch accounts for your team members who log in via SSO.

  • Role-Based Access Control: Assign Stytch authorized roles (e.g. “admin”, “developer”, “support agent”) based on SSO connection or IdP group.

  • Authentication Settings: Customize your Stytch Workspace auth policies to your team’s needs. You can opt for SSO login only, or allow other auth methods like email magic links and Google OAuth.

  • Powered by Admin Portal: Stytch.com’s SSO login is powered by our Admin Portal, a self-serve UI for managing enterprise auth features like SSO, MFA policies, and RBAC that can be embedded into your application with our frontend SDKs.

Visit your Stytch Dashboard to configure SSO login.

SSO migration guide

We added a new guide for migrating your SSO connections over to Stytch with proxy connections. It requires zero changes to your customer’s IdP setup.

Check out our SSO migration guide in the docs for more details.
